HOP CLUB is currently a local single-player game with no account registration, advertising or analytics SDKs, or in-app purchases. Gameplay records are not sent to our servers.
1. Scope and contact
This policy covers AI Pocket’s HOP CLUB (ai.aipocket.rope) and rope.aipocket.ai. Contact contact@aipocket.ai for privacy questions and requests.
2. Information stored in the app
The app stores your best score, selected character, language, sound and haptic preferences, and whether you have seen the introduction on your device. These support gameplay and preferences and are not transmitted to us. The app does not collect names, email addresses, location, contacts, photos, or advertising identifiers, and does not request camera, microphone, or location access.
3. Retention and deletion
Local data stays on your device while you use the app. You can remove it by clearing app data or deleting the app through your operating system. Device backups may retain or restore it according to your operating system’s backup settings. We cannot view or remotely delete your local records.
4. Support emails
If you email us, we process your email address, message, and any attachments you voluntarily send to respond and resolve your request. We delete this information when that purpose is complete, unless applicable law requires retention for a specified period. Please do not send unnecessary personal information.
5. Website and external services
Vercel hosts our website and privacy policy, and Cloudflare manages our DNS. When you visit, the hosting provider may process your IP address, request time, URL, and browser information to deliver and secure the site. This is separate from gameplay data. We do not install advertising or analytics trackers or marketing cookies. Information may be processed across Vercel’s and Cloudflare’s global infrastructure; see Vercel’s Privacy Policy. Apple and Google store and operating-system services are governed by their respective policies.
6. Sharing and safeguards
We do not sell gameplay information or share it for advertising. Access to support information is limited to handling requests, with restricted account access. We do not use or disclose it for unrelated purposes except where legally required.
7. Your rights and children
You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of information you sent by email. We may make a minimal identity check before responding. The app does not ask users, including children, to submit personal information. Guardians may ask us to delete information a child sent through support.
8. Changes
Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. If purchases, ads, or analytics are introduced, we will update this policy before introducing the relevant processing and provide any required notice and consent flow.
